Meet The Doctor

Andrea R. Cervantes, DDS

Dr. Andrea Cervantes is a California native who grew up in South Sacramento. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences at the University of California, Davis. After graduation, she began pursuing a Master’s in Public Health from Fresno State. During the development of her thesis, she got accepted into the Doctorate of Dental Surgery program at the University of the Pacific. During dental school, she became President of the Alpha Omega International Society, the oldest international dental organization. She continued her education by completing a residency program in General Dentistry at the UOP Health Sciences Clinic in Stockton.

Dr. Cervantes has been the owner and solo practitioner of Sheldon Grove Family Dental since 2008.  She is a guest of the Board of Directors for the Sacramento District Dental Society and was awarded the 2022 President’s Award. In addition to her practice, Dr. Cervantes maintains a position at the FADE Institute and is an active member of the Sacramento District Dental Society, California Dental Society, American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and FADE Teachers Coalition.

Dr. Cervantes commitment to dentistry extends into her community and enjoys her involvement with organizations such as The California High School Rodeo Association, the Wilton History Group, and the Elk Grove Chamber of Commerce. She also provides presentations to many schools hoping to educate young children on the importance of oral health.
